4. Virtual Currency

• Drift Points cannot be transferred between users
• All users start with 1,000 Drift Points free of charge

4.2 No Monetary Value

You acknowledge and agree that Drift Points have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or any other consideration. AotearoaDrift makes no guarantee regarding the availability or value of virtual currency.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use automated tools or bots
• Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain

While no account creation is required, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your browser and device. Clear your browser data if using a shared device.
